Verdello celebrates the authentic flavors of Southern Italy through our chef’s personal culinary journey. The restaurant’s name “Verdello,” referring to “summer lemons” grown specifically in the region Sicily, reflects our dedication to traditional Southern Italian family cooking.
Our menu showcases fresh ingredients from local farms, coastal fisheries, and imported quality items from Italy, centering around rustic cooking techniques using wood-burning ovens and grills, delivering an authentic taste of Southern Italy’s rich culinary heritage.

General Notes:
If you are running late for a reservation, please let us know!
Please note that we have a 30 minute grace period and we will do everything we can to still honor your reservation if you arrive late.
Our bar is only for the full dining experience and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the bar is at capacity, we start a waitlist.
Reservations:
Reservations, including holidays, are available via OpenTable.
We do welcome children of all ages to enjoy! Please be sure to note any children in your party size so that we may accommodate your party accordingly.
Large Groups/Events:
Please complete a private dining inquiry form for groups of 9 guests or more.
Corkage Policy:
We welcome guests to bring their own bottles of wine as long as we do not carry that bottle on our list. We allow two bottles per reservation at $95 each for a standard 750 ml bottle and $190 per magnum.
Cake Cutting Fee:
We have a cake cutting fee of $10 per guest and a flat $35 fee for groups of 5 or more guests. In-house cakes made by our Pastry Chef are available with a 3 day notice.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
We ask that all cancellations be made by 12:00 PM the day of your reservation. If you do not cancel or show up to your reservation, we reserve the right to charge $40 per guest.
